MLD is intentionally much lighter than traditional massage and can be a deeply calming experience.Â
This targeted treatment may help alleviate swelling, edema, and bruising from post-surgical congestion while promoting a deep sense of lightness.

CUPPING THERAPY Add-On- +$20 Gliding or stationary cupping gently draws tissue upwards, helping to open up connective tissue pathways and increase blood circulation. It may help release stubborn knots, alleviate discomfort, and improve overall flexibility and mobility
HOT STONE THERAPY Add-On- +$30 Smooth, heated stones deliver deep, radiating warmth into targeted muscle layers. This thermal therapy may help soften restricted fascia, ease stubborn tension, and promote total body relaxation.
ASSISTED STRETCHING Add-On- +$15 Customized, table-based stretching designed to elongate shortened muscle fibers and decompress tight joint capsules. It may help alleviate chronic tightness, support flexibility, and improve physical mobility.
AROMATHERAPY Add-On- +$8 This aromatic enhancement integrates essential oils into your session, which may help calm the nervous system, elevate mood, and deepen mental and physical unwinding.
TRAVEL FEE- $20 A $20 travel fee applies to locations more than 5 miles from my service area
